In reality, food consists of three components - ingredient,
technique, and story.
In our mind, cooking is only worth doing when all three are flawless.
This is the goal.
We are not a restaurant, nor is this about one individual chef.
The Dining Project consists of a group of passionate and talented cooks, who together will nurture the curiosity, initiate the creativity and force reflection amongst ourselves and those whom we are lucky to serve.
